All jewellery listed is described as accurately as possible, including purity (e.g., 22K, 18K) with BIS CERTIFIED HUID mark, weight, and specifications.,
All gold jewellery is certified and hallmarked as per applicable Indian standards (e.g., BIS Hallmarking), specifically framed under Section 39 (with Sections 13 and 14) of the BIS Act, 2016.
Product images are for representation purposes; slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Weights mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices listed include applicable taxes (e.g., GST), unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on gold rates and market conditions. Making charges and other applicable fees are included or clearly displayed. Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout through the well-known, verified payment gateway like razorpay.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud and many others reasons at any time even without giving notice.
Customers may cancel orders before dispatch by contacting customer support or through website by paying or deducting the advance amount in certain percentage.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to payment issues or pricing errors.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver products within 5-7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. All shipments are insured(with extra insurance amount) until delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We only deliver our product through well-known/registered third-party courier service. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within [7–15] days from delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, invoice, and certification intact, without tag removed, with no chemical reaction (by cosmetic, sweat, chemical, etc.) .
Refunds will be processed within [7–10] business days after successful quality checks.
Making charges, Shipping fees, Tax (GST) or other deductions may apply.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable price differences.
8. Buyback & Lifetime Exchange
We do not offer buyback/exchange through our website.
9. User Account & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any activity under user's account is user's responsibility.
Sharing account, account's password, login credentials or any wrong activity done by user is absolutely user's liability.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse or fraudulent activity even you have deposited/advance token money for any product.

We reserve the right to change logo, website, theme, UI/UX at any time for any reason without informing any user and with out giving any pre notice.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and using it must attract legal action by company.
11. Fraud Prevention & Verification
We reserve the right to conduct verification checks for high-value transactions like PAN card verification. Additional identification documents may be requested as per ongoing/new rules or Policy By GOVT. or Company. Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages done by any party/person/vendor/courier. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
13. Warranty & Repairs
Jewellery is covered (with semi cost or cost to customer) for manufacturing defects for a limited period (3-5 Days after product received).
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or chemical reaction.
Repair services may be/will be chargeable depending on the issue and time.
14. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We do not share any of your monetary data with any third-party company for making money or earning profits.
We do share your location and product details with Courier partner.
We hold the right to change any of our policy at any time for any new rules and regulation done by Govt. or our Company with giving a flash notice to the users on our website.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
